Antonio Zeiter
Chairman
Antonio brings more than four decades of experience as a developer, construction executive, and owner’s representative across the United States and Latin America. A civil engineer trained at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, he has led projects from financial feasibility and investor coordination through construction and delivery, including the Seabreeze I and II communities in California, totaling 94 homes. His background combines hands-on construction leadership with budget oversight, lender relationships, and project governance. As Chairman of ROH Group, he draws on this experience to guide the company’s direction, evaluate development opportunities, and provide oversight across its projects.
Diego Zeiter
Head of Construction
Diego is a Florida Certified General Contractor with a degree in Civil Engineering and a minor in Management from Purdue University. His experience at KAST Construction, Related Companies, and Dextall spans field engineering, construction supervision, and pre-construction. At Related’s 684-unit Tasman East development in California, he coordinated the buildout of 176 units and supported concrete operations, inspections, finishes, and turnover. This combination of technical training and field experience informs his role as Head of Construction at ROH Group, where he oversees budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and site execution for ground-up residential projects and renovations.
Melissa Zeiter
Head of Finance & Growth
Melissa holds an MBA from MIT, a degree in Production Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana, and has held a Real Estate Sales Associate license for approximately eight years. Her experience at Procter & Gamble, Whirlpool, and Chewy includes P&L management, commercial analysis, investment prioritization, and business development. At Chewy, she managed a $42 million category P&L. She founded TakeROOT Consulting, advising startups and small businesses on growth strategy, market entry, and execution. This combination of entrepreneurial, financial, and operational experience has enabled her to build ROH Group’s corporate structure. As Head of Finance & Growth, she oversees project P&Ls, evaluates investment opportunities, and guides the company’s growth strategy.
Fabiana Zeiter
Head of Development & Corporate Affairs
Fabiana combines international experience in luxury brands, customer insights, design, and cross-functional coordination. At Chalhoub Group in Dubai, she led regional CRM strategy for more than 15 luxury and premium brands and managed a team of six. At Ermenegildo Zegna’s Milan headquarters, she coordinated global initiatives and their regional execution. She studied Fashion Design at Instituto Brivil and holds a Master of Fashion, Experience & Design Management from SDA Bocconi and a degree in Social Communication from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. As Head of Development & Corporate Affairs at ROH Group, she supports the project design process, drawing on her design background and understanding of luxury clients to help align spaces, finishes, and the overall experience with buyer expectations. She also applies her planning and stakeholder coordination experience to development initiatives and corporate affairs.
